Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of consultation or order confirmation. We aim to keep delivery costs minimal in line with our commitment to affordable care.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp on your registered mobile number. You can use this to track your package through our delivery partner's platform.
Non-Delivery or Damaged Orders
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeline, please contact us at support@methodexhealth.com.
If medicine is received in a damaged condition, please share a photograph within 48 hours of delivery.
In case of a non-delivery confirmed by our courier partner, the order will be re-dispatched at no additional cost.
No refund will be issued for undelivered orders — we will re-dispatch.
