1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Methodex Health website, starting a treatment request, booking a consultation, or accessing any patient, doctor, branch, dispatch, or admin workflow available to you, you agree to use the platform according to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not continue using the service.
2. Use of the platform
Methodex Health provides a structured digital workflow for homeopathy consultation, case handling, prescription delivery, medicine payment, dispatch tracking, and follow-up support.
Use of the platform must remain lawful, accurate, and consistent with the intended healthcare workflow.
- Do not create false accounts, false bookings, or misleading medical records
- Do not attempt to access another patient account, prescription, case, or shipment information
- Do not interfere with platform security, OTP flows, notifications, queues, or operational processes
- Do not use the website or portal for abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorised activity
3. Consultation mode rules
When you choose an online consultation, your case is processed through the online consultation workflow and branch selection is not used for doctor assignment.
When you choose an offline consultation, you must select a branch. Offline cases are handled through branch-linked workflows, including arrival verification, token generation, and branch doctor assignment.
4. Registration, OTP, and account responsibility
You are responsible for providing correct mobile and contact details during registration and for maintaining control of OTP-based access to your account.
Actions performed through a verified account or verified OTP session may be treated as authorised activity unless misuse is reported and confirmed.
5. Medical information and consultation conduct
You must provide complete and accurate information about symptoms, history, uploads, and other treatment details required for doctor review.
Doctors rely on the information available in the case. Incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information may affect review quality, prescription timing, branch handling, or follow-up outcomes.
Methodex Health digital consultation services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are facing a medical emergency, seek immediate local medical assistance.
6. Prescriptions, medicines, and follow-up
Prescriptions become visible to patients only after finalisation according to the treatment workflow. Draft prescriptions are not part of the patient-visible treatment record.
Medicine payment, dispatch, and shipment updates depend on the applicable prescription and payment status in the system.
Follow-up review may require new uploads, additional communication, or a new case workflow depending on treatment progress.
7. Payments and order handling
Consultation and medicine payments may be processed through integrated payment providers. Applicable charges, status messages, and payment confirmations are shown through the platform workflow.
Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes, if applicable, are governed by the operational terms presented during checkout, payment processing, or support resolution.
8. Branch visits and token workflow
For offline consultations, branch visits may require verification, case lookup, token generation, and doctor assignment according to branch workflow rules.
A branch can only process cases linked to that branch. Attempting to use the wrong branch or incomplete branch details may delay service handling.
9. Service availability and operational limits
Methodex Health may update, suspend, restrict, or improve parts of the service where required for security, maintenance, regulatory compliance, queue control, or operational continuity.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature at all times, especially where third-party services such as payments, messaging, file delivery, or shipping integrations are involved.
10. Suspension and enforcement
Methodex Health may suspend access, cancel activity, or limit platform use where there is suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorised access, abusive conduct, or violation of workflow and security rules.
We may also take action where necessary to protect patients, staff, doctors, branches, platform integrity, or legal compliance obligations.
11. Changes to these terms
These Terms of Service may be revised from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published indicates acceptance of the revised version.
12. Contact
If you have questions about these terms or need help with a case, consultation, payment, or patient portal workflow, please contact Methodex Health through the website support channels.
